With WeWash Care, we equip your entire laundry room with modern, commercially approved washing machines and dryers from Bosch, including a digital payment system.
The provision of the appliances costs you nothing. The service is fully financed by the income from the washing and drying cycles in your laundry room. No upfront investment is required.

Our system checks around the clock that the washing machines and dryers in your laundry room are working properly. As soon as a fault is detected (or even when one occurs), we carry out a remote diagnosis and, if necessary, immediately instruct our Bosch technicians to fix it.

Our monitoring not only looks for irregularities in the operation of the appliances, but also keeps an eye on the digital queues. If waiting times become excessive, we increase the number of machines in the laundry room. At no extra cost to you, of course.

Your laundry room users can easily reserve washing machines and dryers with the WeWash App and simply pay digitally. They are notified when the laundry is ready. An invoice is also provided automatically.
People without a smartphone can also use the WeWash service: A web application is available as an alternative to the app. In Germany and Austria, the machines can also be booked by phone.

Optional Services With WeWash Care

Optionally, we can equip your laundry room with i-DOS machines with integrated detergent dosing technology. This allows your laundry room users to wash with biodegradable detergent provided by WeWash, giving them an extra level of service.

If you already provide an app for your guests or tenants, booking washing machines and dryers can easily be integrated into it. Your laundry room users won’t need to download another app.
We offer the option of a deep link or API integration and integration with your property management system (PMS) is also possible.

There is no need for your laundry room to have an internet connection to operate the WeWash Box. Thanks to the built-in redundant network connection, the WeWash Box will work in any basement.
